1. THESE RULES APPLY TO ALL USERS:
This document describes the rules that apply to the services offered by Codelphia. Your use of these services constitutes an agreement to abide by these rules.

2. ABOUT CODELPHIA SITE AND SERVICES:
All of the services we provide may be changed or augmented from time to time at our discretion. This may include the placement of advertisments as needed to defray the costs. While we will attempt to be responsive to all needs, we cannot promise that all of the services will be available at all times and that there will never be any loss of data.

3. PRIVACY POLICY:
Codelphia agrees to keep the information you share about yourself private. We will never provide your vital information to any third party except as required by United States Law.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Codelphia assumes no responsibility for any materials of any kind that it's users choose to make available through the various services. You alone are accountable to ensure that such materials do not violate United States Law or the rights of others. You may not use our services to send unsolicited advertisments and may not post these on groups except as expressly permitted by the group owners.

5. WE WILL REMAIN BLAMELESS:
You agree never to bring any claim or demand against Codelphia or its officers, employees, agents, and partners, personally or with regard to any third party, arising from content you submit or from your use of the services.

6. CONTROL OF SERVICES:
You agree that Codelphia may establish limits regarding use of the services, including allocated storage, frequency of access, and availability as best suits the needs of the site and the majority of its users as we determine.

7. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT:
If you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service or of the laws of the United States, your Codelphia account may be closed at our discretion. We will attempt to provide notice of violations as appropriate but are under no obligation to do so.

8. ABOUT ADVERTISEMENTS:
Codelphia is in no way responsible for the claims made by, or agreements you enter into with any advertisers found through the service. If you choose to have dealings with them, you agree to hold us blameless for any damages or loss which you incur.

9. IT'S OUR SOFTWARE AND OUR SERVICE:
Codelphia grants you the right to use software we provide to access the services designated as part of our site package. You may not copy, decode, modify or reuse it or any portion thereof without our express written permission.

10. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE MAKE NO CLAIM AS TO THE SUITABILITY OF OUR SITE, SERVICES, AND SOFTWARE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE WILL ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS TO YOU, FINANCIAL OR OTHERWISE, THAT STEMS FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THEM. YOU AGREE THAT CODELPHIA SHALL BE HELD BLAMELESS FOR ANY CLAIM OF DAMAGES STEMMING FROM YOUR ASSOCIATION WITH US.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
